Were you were at Riotfest last year?! I'm pretty sure I posted stuff here about going and such, my wife and I have gone the past two years. It's like
the only thing we have to look forward to living in *%#*$#$ Michigan.
Stiff Little Fingers owned it this year with honorable mention going to 7 Seconds (two years in a row). Naked Raygun is always good, but Pizzati seems like such a d!ck. |

No, I wasn't. I've never even been to Chicago. I've been looking for a cool reason to go. This is it! I know Tim was bloggin about a fall tour.
Maybe this will be part (fingers crossed). I love 7 Seconds, so I'd be thrilled if they played it again. I like Naked Raygun a little, but yeah he seems
like a douche.
I would go to this show for ALL alone, so anyone else playing that I like is a bonus. I'm a HUGE Descendents/ALL fan. Especially the Scott Reynold era ALL. So this is great. Scott and Stephen have a little side project in the works for the past year or so called "40 Engine". They have a myspace page with a GREAT song on it. I know they have a lot more int he works, but I think you'd liek the tune since you like alot of the same stuff I do. I frequent a messageboard of ALL/Desc fans that's been around for about 10 years. So I have a lot of close ties to those guys and some of the more rabid fans from around the world. So anyway, yeah, I will be going to this regardless. Hopefully the Cubs will be int he playoffs and I can go to Wrigley one of the days I'm out there. |
