AVAIL/Tim Barry vinyl collection |

Being that I am a father of 3 of my own and 2 step kids I don't go out much.... so this is what I do now, collect records. I bought my first Avail lp back
in 97 or 98, and I think I finally have tracked down every record they've ever released. I am kinda proud of it and wanted to share.

That's a nice collection, but it is not ALL of Avail's stuff. As I noted in another post, I don't think this collection includes the great Avail
album/demo Reaching Out from c. 1989, when Avail was in Reston, VA. It is a great album. I had it on cassette from '89, and I recently found someone who
had it and digitized it to MP3 format. If you can find one of the original cassette tapes of Reaching Out, then I will call your collection ultra cool and
utterly complete!

Yeah, I've had the opportunity to buy the that tape... I probably will one day. I just concentrated on the vinyl releases. The only thing I might be
missing is a red copy of Who's To Say? 7" but I don't even know if it even exists. Anyone got one?

Why 3 Satiates? Are they different colors or something? You have inspired me to go listen to blow off my studies and go listen to vinyl in my room for a
while. sweet

Wow, very nice! My Avail (and all other bands) collection consists of a bunch of caseless, bookless CD's in a shoebox in my closet.
