Posts: 746 (12/20/07 09:18:10) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Tags : None so whats what are you all currently bumping in your house, car, ipod? lets hear it! lately in my car it been Litmus Green - It Must Suck to be You Entombed - Clandestine (classic, classic, classic death metal) 94.9 fm - gotta have my traffic report and maybe a Smiths, White Stripes, or Soundgarden song sucks clear channel took away our Air America affiliate for sports talk... i like pro sports as much as the next dude(even tho my two favorite teams suck ass) but has anyone ever listened to a baseball postgame show on the radio... ugh its mindnumbing anyways im rambling at home Tim Barry - Rivanna Junction (this has been a staple for drunken weekends all year) Porcupine Tree - Fear of a Blank Planet (favorite of the year) at work all kinds of crap.. now that i have my own dwelling an no one really bothers me.. lately Rancid - Lets Go This Day Forward - In Response Opeth - Ghost Reveries(this band is so damn good) Opeth - the Round House Tapes(this band is so damn good live) Kid Dynamite - both records burned to one cd Amorphis - Silent Waters Seaweed - Spanaway Pinback - Autumn of the Seraphs Carcass - Heartwork (nearly perfect) Dresden Dolls - s/t Coheed & Cambria - No World for Tomorrow (again f the haters this $#*! is catchy and fun.. what do you want from me, i grew up with neil diamond and 80's pop. christ the 1st concert i went to was a Micheal Jackson show... and it was awesome!)

Exodus, Motorhead, Metallica, Dio era Sabbath, Maiden, Priest, Twisted Sister, Scorpions, Loudness, Queensryche, Dokken, Accept, WASP, etc etc. . .

Necroticism on.. outstanding. and since they are playing the Waken festival next year.. i got my fingers crossed for a us tour.. and the fact that you are listening to dokken means you cant call the stuff i like crap anymore! ive seen the videos!.. Dokken? there are some Dokken cds in my house but they are Dawns.. youre old! haha and adorable. and im so excited for that Maiden show in Feb.. im just hoping they play some stuff off Somewhere in Time... it will be worth my $70 for Wasted Years..

I never owned the cd's I downloaded that !#$*. The Dokken I owned was cassette only. Somewhere in time is so good. Maiden didn't make any stinkers with Dickinson. Piece of Mind and Powerslave are two of my favorites. Scream Bloody Gore is the ONLY good Death album. Have you seen Heavy Metal Parking Lot? You musy have. . .

Symbolic is a masterpiece. i shouldve called this the metal thread... a place where you and i can talk metal... i have a question.. since Rick Rubin is producing the next Metallica record what chance do you think it has of being good? personally, i think it has no chance cuz Lars still sucks.

Summer in Abbadon is also great.. i know that they are local aroud here and they are playing in the early part of feb but im thinking of going to see them in Ventura the day after Maiden. i saw this thing on VH1! classic last night called Metallica Rules the World . man it sure was nice to see that Kirks hairplugs are done.. he was looking kinda bad on SKOM and they sure are fun to see live.. i saw them at the la colosium in 2000 and when 50K people are singing along to Master of Puppets its quite cool. i gotta give em props in that regard.

Moonpies and the live cd are that last things im missin from my collection.. someone tell me what the live record sounds like. please use an AVAIL measure very good = Bottom of the Hill listenable = kings head bad but still worth the listen = genu's live AVAIL stuff on youtube

Live at the Hardback is easily as good as bottom of the hill, and they do a killer cover of Leatherface's "Springtime"
