were they underappreciated? Everyone I know is a fan of them. I've got to find my old Trial t-shirt.
I think they did retty well for putting out one good full length and never touring. |

how about avail? most people i know who know what's up with music either love them or frickin hate them. i've heard desciptions like
"groovecore" and "artsy fartsy." i guess people just want the same formulaic music they've listened to since they were 15. and like
most of the bands y'all talk about i've never heard of verbal assault. but i'll check them out. i remember nuclear assault if they're
anything like that.

nuclear assault = verbal assault -- I love both one is a awesome thrash band the other started as a hc band then kinda transformed to a sorta post hardcore
band..they were innovative, trial was ahead of its time I think...I dunno pete outside of rhode island verbal assault never got too big, I love the early hc
@+%*...nuclear assault needs to stop trying to play shows cause everyone says its almost embarrasing watching them lately. Avail is appreciated I think...at
least the people that are into them really support them and go off. If people dont like avail they are pretty much a blight on society

they were both one hit wonders who happened to have sick one-hits. Trial and Game Over were both tops, then everything else the both did kinda blew.

high and I hit my leg hard on one of those pipes. Yeah, Joe, we were supposed to make out but you pussed out and went to bed while the rest of us raged until
far, far too late. . .then drove blind drunk back to the hotel. eek, bad move! Man, that may have been the drunkest I've ever been for any show (that I
remember).

oh man.. i regreted not going the next day on the flight home.. but the day of the show i hadnt eating anything but a healthy choice meal before dawn and i
went to the airport.. then it was 3 gin and tonics on a hour long flight.. a number of drinks at the english pub and then more at the bar next door to the
mason jar.. i spent most of the day with drinks in my hand. i had to send my wife back to the hotel in a cab by 6pm.. she was hammered. I WAS HAMMERED! so
while i regreted it, had to eat something. and what better for a drunken fat man than a hot pocket and a 99cent bag of cheetos.
god that was a great show.. what an adventure.. i took a day off of work that monday cuz my voice was shot. i didnt talk all day. we'll have to do that again sometime.. |
